How would you explain to a 5-year old child what you do in life?

When you put a seed in the ground, it continuously grows. That is what I do — continuously develop. My passion in life is the process of gaining knowledge and deliver it to others. So, I guess you can call me a teacher. Also, I know how to manage projects and I teach that others. For example, I know how to build a house. At the same time I don’t know how to mix cement or to do a brickwork, but I know how to find the right people and make this house real.

What do people most often thank you for? What are you grateful for?

People often thank me for my kindness and tenderness. My students often tell me that I am cheerful and I use clear examples as explanations. =)
As for me, I am grateful for three people in my life. My mum, because she showed me where God is and taught me that every problem has a solution. My dad, because he taught me to respect the work of other people and showed me that every work has to be paid well. To my grandmother, because she made me believe that positive thoughts in my life will never end. She went through a war and hunger, but I never saw her without a smile on her face.

What inspires you most in other people?

Belief. In yourself, in good, in the future.

What brings you genuine joy and happiness?

Knowing that I have helped people, and my life has purpose.

Describe yourself in three words.

Ponies, rainbows and butterflies. =)

What is your day like?

Usually it starts with sloooow wake-up, lying in my bed, checking email, reading books, showering and exercising. Then, of course, I have breakfast, a session of meditation and head- or handstand practice. =) All of these take me around 2 hours. After that I go to work at my desk and make/check my to-do list for the day. Since I work at home, I don’t need to waste my time in traffic jams – Huray!
During the day I try not to forget to walk for half an hour if I don’t need to go out. Certainly, I am making lunch and dinner with snacks (I eat about 5 times per day). When I have finished all my tasks for that day I go swimming, take a part in a yoga session, or get a massage. After that I come home and work on personal projects. Before I go to bed I can read for a bit or play music, or watch videos. Then it is time to take a rest for 8 hours and start it over again. =)

If you could recommend only one book, what book would that be?

The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupery.

What are you proud of and why is it important for you?

I am proud, that I am 27 years old, that I wrote my thesis in English and I can do a headstand. It is important to me because, when I was four years old, doctors informed my family that I would not live to see 18, that I would be in special education and I would never do a headstand let alone run. Long story short, I proved that they were wrong. =)

Is there something you’d like to do, but never have time for it?

Many things, but I always remember, that everything in this world is temporary. That’s why I am not upset when I don’t have time for something. =)

What is the best question you would ask yourself?

Why?! Frequently I am using the method of 5 Why Questions. By using this method you need to ask yourself the question “Why?” 5 times in order to understand the main point of something. Oftentimes it helps me to see the essence and make right decisions.
